Xiphranniashimin provides interior greenery design and plant styling services (consultations, installation, and maintenance) in the United States from 8750 Cherry Ln #14, Laurel, MD 20707. We do not sell retail products. This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and plant replacement for our greenery design services.

Our services are focused on bringing nature indoors through custom interior plant design, biophilic styling, and ongoing plant care. We operate from Laurel, Maryland, and serve clients across the United States, including the greater Washington DC area. This return policy applies to all interior greenery design and plant care services offered by Xiphranniashimin.

Consultations

If you cancel an interior greenery design consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, we will refund any fee paid or reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be refundable. This applies to consultations held in Maryland, the DC area, or other US locations.

Installation and Plants

Once plants and containers are installed at your location in the United States, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense due to the nature of live goods and custom placement. If a plant fails to thrive due to a defect or incorrect recommendation, we will work with you to replace it within the period agreed in your service agreement (e.g., 30 days). Replacement is at our discretion and subject to the same care conditions. Our interior plant styling and installation services are delivered in person where we operate, including Maryland and the DC region.

Maintenance Plans

You may cancel an ongoing plant care or maintenance plan with at least 30 days’ written notice. Prepaid visits that have not yet been performed may be refunded on a prorated basis, unless otherwise stated in your contract. Maintenance services for interior greenery are offered in our service areas within the United States.
